We build GOBO projectors and inserts ourselves in Poland — from the design, through the electronics, to the final test of every unit.

The entire production process — from electronics design, through housing assembly, to making the GOBO glass inserts — happens in our own plant. That gives us full control over quality at every stage and lets us adapt a device quickly to a specific customer requirement.

Process

Stages of building a projector

Every device passes through five controlled stages before it reaches the customer.

Design and engineering

Developing the electronics, optics and housing.

Housing manufacture

Milling and coating the aluminium housings.

Electronics assembly

Fitting the LEDs, drivers and rotation module.

Insert production

Making the GOBO inserts from glass or metal.

Quality control and a function test of every unit.

Colours and number of graphics

From a single colour to a full photograph

The number of colours and the type of artwork decide how the insert is made — from a simple logo to a multi-colour photograph.

Glass up to 500°C

We make the inserts on multi-layer glass that withstands temperatures up to 500°C. They work inside the projector for years without burning out.

Two sizes

37 mm and 53 mm — the size follows from the projector model, not from preference. We pick it for you when quoting.

Price by number of colours

The cost of a single insert depends on the number of colours in the artwork. A one-colour logo is cheaper than a multi-colour photograph.

Vector file

We need vector artwork for production. The lighter the shades, the clearer the projection on the wall.

Quality

Every unit is tested

Before a device leaves us, we run it under full load — light output, projection accuracy, graphic rotation and, in outdoor models, the sealing of the housing.

Light output

Measuring light intensity and projection uniformity.

Image precision

Checking the sharpness and clarity of the projected image.

Rotation mechanism

Testing the rotation module for smooth, quiet running.

Housing sealing

IP rating verification in outdoor models.
