Who processes your data
The controller of personal data collected through this site is LEDprojektor Sp. z o.o., ul. Modrzewiowa 53, 44-270 Rybnik, Poland, owner of the GOBOprojektor.pl and LEDprojektor.pl brands. VAT ID (NIP) 6423251267, REGON 527845710, company register (KRS) 0001089188.

What data we collect
Contact form
When you send an enquiry through the form, we receive what you type into it — usually your name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message. We need this to answer your question and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence).
Enquiries go to our inbox and are saved in parallel in the site database (the Flamingo plugin), so that none is lost if there is a mail problem. We keep them for as long as the matter requires, and afterwards for the limitation period for claims.
Server logs
The server records standard access logs — IP address, date and time of the request, browser type. They serve diagnostics and security only. We do not link them with form data.
What we do not do
This site has no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Facebook pixel and no other tracking tool. We do not profile visitors, we do not display ads and we do not sell anyone’s data.
Cookies — what actually runs on this site
Cookies are small files that a site saves in your browser. Below is the full list of what runs here — nothing more.
| Polylang (pll_language) | Remembers the chosen site language. Required for the language versions to work. Valid for one year. |
| LiteSpeed Cache | Technical cache cookies — they speed up page loading. Session cookies. |
| Contact Form 7 | A session cookie for the form, preventing an enquiry from being sent twice. |
| WordPress (session) | Only for logged-in site editors. It does not apply to an ordinary visitor. |
All of the above are technically necessary — without them the site does not work properly. That is why we do not ask for consent to them and do not display a consent banner.
The Google map on the Contact page
On the Contact page we have embedded a Google map. Once it loads, Google may save its own cookies and learn your IP address — that is processing on the Google LLC side, under the terms described in the Google privacy policy. If you do not want the map to load, block third-party scripts in your browser or simply do not open that page. The address is also given in plain text.
Your rights
At any time you can write to GOBO@LEDprojektor.pl and request:
- access to your data and a copy of what we hold about you,
- rectification of your data if it is out of date or incorrect,
- erasure of your data — we will do it unless we have to keep it for accounting reasons,
- restriction of processing or portability of your data,
- to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
We reply within one month. If you believe we are processing data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
How to disable cookies in your browser
Every browser lets you block cookies from being saved or delete those already stored. You will find instructions in its privacy settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. On a phone the settings are in the browser’s privacy section.
Blocking cookies will not prevent you from browsing the site — it may only mean having to choose the language again on each visit.
